Situated on 15th avenue between 14 and 16 streets in the centre of Playa del Carmen, it is just 2 blocks from 5th Avenue, the pedestrian street full of shopping, restaurants and nightlife. A 5 minute walk puts you on the beach.

The master bedroom features a lovely, comfortable king-size bed, private bathroom and safety deposit box to store your valuables. There is access to the large main balcony on one side and a small private balcony overlooking the lush courtyard and pool area on the other side.

The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, a private bathroom and a private balcony looking into the courtyard.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will ever need during your stay (plates, saucers, etc...).

The laundry area beside the kitchen features a washer and dryer for your personal laundry or for a very small fee take it just across the street to the laundry service; linens and towels are provided during your stay.

The common area has a lush inner courtyard and green area surrounding a beautiful pool for your enjoyment.

The building is also very close to the local supermarket (the commercial Mexicana, Walmart)
