Departamento muy recomendable, es tal como aparece en las fotos, se encuentra en un complejo seguro en el barrio de playacar, muy cercanos a centros comerciales, cuenta con estacionamiento dentro del complejo. También pudimos utilizar las instalaciones de hotel Reff (hay que ir temprano ya que solo aceptan 20 tarjetas por dia). El acceso publico a la playa esta a 20 minutos caminando desde el departamento, y como en playacar no hay esta permitido estacionar en la calle y tampoco hay estacionamiento publico, solo podes ir caminando o tomar un a taxi desde el complejo, el lugar es muy agradable y la caminata se hace placentera. Tanto Mabel como Raquel (admintradora) estuvieron siempre atentas a todos nuestros requerimientos. Muchas gracias!”

The flat is in a super convenient location, next to a big supermarket and couple of blocks away from the ADO bus terminal. Everything was well set and clean when we arrived, both check in and check our where extremely simple. The team is attentive and very responsible, it would have been nice to get more towels. "There were three couples in our group that rented the condo for 10 days. The complex is small and quiet and the staff is friendly and eager to help in any way possible. One of the air conditioners wasn't working properly and someone was there to fix it right away. The unit was spacious enough for the six of us and we loved the view from the patio. It was only a few minutes walk to 5th Avenue, which was great. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, except for an oven, so we learned to improvise. We've been to Playa del Carmen a number of times and stayed at all-inclusive resorts, but this was by-far our best vacation there. February 5-15, 2016

"This condo was perfect for us! We like to be close to the action but also like a break when we need it. Just a short walk to 5th Ave and the beach! We arrived at the airport and there was someone waiting for us to take us to our condo. We arrived and were impressed that there was a bottle of red wine as a welcome gift. We thought that was a nice touch. The kitchen was equipped with cooking oil, and a good selection of spices. We were impressed by this as other condos usually only give you salt and pepper. That saved us from having to buy a lot of extra items which was nice. The bedrooms are large and each have their own bathroom. The living room is a nice size which was good for entertaining. There is a roof top which is quite large with a tub as well. It's obviously a cold water tub which was perfect to cool off in as it gets very hot up there! They did have 4 or 5 loungers but unfortunately they were either ripped or cracked. We were able to use them but an upgrade of chairs is definitely needed. Not a complaint but a heads up. There were a couple of nights where it was loud with the band playing next door until 4:30 am or so. If you are a light sleeper then you may want to bring ear plugs. A better idea would be to just go join in the festivities! :) All in all a great place to stay in Playa Del Carmen"

"Have stayed in The Meridian building before and they keep up the common areas and pool along with friendly security. New condo being built on the East side a little 'close' in and takes away view of water from pool. Penthouse unit is very nice and has everything you want for space and comfort. Especially good for 2 couples or family with 2 full and 2 half baths. Overlooking 'jungle' area a plus along with rooftop seating and bed area. Note that jucuzzi tub on roof does not have any hot water. We just filled in am and sun warmed it up to about same temp as pool. Pool area direct access from unit a bonus. Great Weber grill and full size washer and dryer. Appreciated the two beach chairs (I left one I brought) and beach towels. Maid service once a week and water provided as needed too. Ah, Apartment C-4, Hacienda Playa del Carmen, has both charm and character. First, you have to understand that it is not a "brand new, concrete, chrome and glass complex". It is older, more mellow, and definitely has the Mexican feel. The wife and I fell in love with the place. It is ideally situated, with-in easy walking distance to fifth avenue, to many fine restaurants, and grocery stores. It is in a fairly quiet neighborhood and we felt safe where ever we walked. From the moment that we rented the place, everything went smoothly, the first "glitch" came in the form of no air conditioning, but that problem was quickly resolved in a day, other minor problems where handled just as efficiently. As we are retired, many of the meals where prepared in the apartment. Cannot think of any complaints to lodge against the place.
